1. Do you deliver to my country?

Yes, we ship worldwide, but please refer to our delivery information page for more details. There are certain countries and regions which will may experience longer delays due to customs processing.

 

2. Can i return an item?

Yes, if you are not 100% satisfaction with your items, we do accept returns. Please see our returns page for full details and further instructions. (click here)

 

3. Why can't i track my parcel?

If you've ordered on standard delivery, no tracking number will be applied to your order so please check what type of delivery option you chose at checkout. Certain countries may not offer tracking information even though you selected it at checkout; in this instance please email us at multifunjumprope@gmail.com so we can assist. For best tracking and quickest delivery, choose the express shipping method which is via DHL.

 

4. What is multifun refund policy?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund. You can return your purchase for up to 14 days from the purchase date. Returned products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. We do not refund express delivery cost if you are only returning one product from an order with multiple items. If you're returning an item that was damaged/defective or has any workmanship error, we will refund the cost of the item as well as the delivery charges incurred in sending it to you. If you return an item because you no longer need it, we’ll refund only the item cost.

 

5. Is there any money-back guarantee for the purchases i make?
